Corbiz Strategies is currently building Corbiz Management Solutions (CMS), a comprehensive, all-in-one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Resident Management System (RMS).
Our goal is to ensure that all the information needed by all positions of a retirement residence staff will be at their fingertips.
The CRM, marketing management program and budget manger will be available in phase one. Corbiz Management Solutions will improve sales, revenues and increase conversion ratios. It will help reduce costs while maximizing marketing effectiveness.
A future phase will ensure each department and position will have a customizable experience so that only the information pertaining to that role is available. This will provide another layer of protection to personal information.
Corbiz Academy is an online training program that will focus on introducing sales consultants to the retirement home industry. Created by industry experts, our sales and marketing training programs are specifically designed for those working in senior housing. Corbiz Academy is an affordable solution to your training needs and will help you achieve professional success.
Varley Villa is the vision of Corbiz Strategies founder and CEO, Kimberley Mills. Named for her beloved Grandmother, Kimberley envisions a residence built for active seniors who wish to lead a life of low responsibilities and high on adventure and fun!
Our apartments will be geared towards independent seniors who are looking to downsize their current living conditions and offer comprehensive and completely flexible packages for an active lifestyle.
Sarah’s Place is a project very near and dear to Corbiz CEO, Kimberley Mills. Inspired by her childhood friend Sarah, who has special needs, Kimberley saw the need for a residence for adults with developmental delays.
Sarah’s Place will be both a home for adults with developmental disabilities and a site for engaging day programs welcome to non-residents. Currently, group homes serving adults with special needs have incredibly long wait lists and Kimberley wanted to provide a much-needed service to the community and to her cherished friend Sarah.
